![]() That’s just one feature of the Toyota Safety Sense P suite of features (TSS-P), which includes forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and lane keep assist. It’s a warning light in your side mirror that makes you aware there’s another car beside you, so don’t switch lanes. Neither had seen the blind spot alert feature before. The folks up front (my boyfriend, AKA our driver, and the grandma) were blown away by all the safety features. Turns out that’s really all a teen girl wants to do on roadtrips anyway. They were able to plug in their phones, both of them, and watch, or make, all the videos they wanted the entire drive (tik tok, anyone?). No more pleading with the person up front to run a cable that wouldn’t reach the back seat anyway. The girls were thrilled by all the USB charging ports in the back. That just doesn’t exist in most cars anymore when it comes to the back seat. I was happily surprised at all the leg room. That turned out to be fun, actually, and I admit, no one felt cramped. I gave up my seat up front to the grandma riding along and took a seat in the back with my daughter and her bestie, both 14 year old girls. Being it was the holiday and we were leaving on one of the busiest travel days of the year, we knew it would be a long journey. The sheet he sends me is for a cheaper vehicle than what we were negotiating on. We negotiate it down and he sends me a sheet to sign in agreement. He bumps the price up 5,000 more after not answering his phone for a few days. He tries to get me to buy one I don't want for 10,000 more. One month later, he tells me he cannot get it for me. I was assured that if I put 1000 down I could get the new vehicle I wanted in 2 months. I found that everything he said eventually turned out to be a lie. To be specific, my salesperson was Kelsey Layton. They refuse to refund the original 1,000. ![]() At the level of deception I experienced, I can only describe the business practices of Serra Toyota as a scam. I would like to just accept it as how the car business is, but I cannot. I was less of a customer and more of a mark to the salesperson. I can honestly say that this was the worst experience I have had with a car dealership. ***THE STEVE SERRA AUTO GROUP*** ASK ABOUT OUR SERRA PLATINUM PACKAGE 3.0!!
